You are asked to evaluate a 76 year old man who has PAF with severe symptoms.
He has hypertension and type II DM and moderately reduced LV function.
He has failed dronedarone and wants to consider a catheter ablation procedure.
His doctor has already placed him on dabigatran.
He is enrolled in CABANA and randomized to catheter ablation (CA).
