22 yr old female fall from stairs sustained R ankle fracture....... 2 yrs back ... 2014 initially under treatment of bonesetter for 1 yr...... regular massage and bandages orif plate fibula + TBW medial malleolus in 2015 c/o pain on walking( 10 meter) and squating tender at sydesmosis and at tip of medial malleolus on deep palpation no nueurovascular deficit skin condition ok poor socioeconomic hx
