32 y.o. Male with Swollen Knee Following Ski Accident

32 year old male, had a ski accident 15 days ago, he didn't remember the dynamics. He arrived at the first aid with swollen knee. We performed arthrocentesis: 50ml blood and adipocytes. Performed a standard XR: negative for fractures. Lachman(-) Drawer test(-) valgus and varus stress(-). few pain on the lateral side on the tibial plateau. ROM:0-120•À_ What should I do? Is it wrong to allowed free full weight bearing?
