41 y.o. Male with Shoulder Trauma

41 year old male fell from the stair and sustained a shoulder injury: position of the arm was 100° abd with the arm at the side. He didn't describe a dislocation.
Mild pain on LHB and on the humeral deltoid insertion. Free full ROM, negative cuff, LHB and subacromial impingment tests after the trauma.
After 10 days still few pain at humeral deltoid insertion, no pain on LHB, negative cuff ,LHB and subacromial impingment tests. Negative apprheension test, sulcus test and load and shift test for anterior instability. Full ROM.
Negative XR, he performed an MRI,
What do you think about this MRI findings? could it be HAGL lesion?
