51 y/o with spastic cerebral palsy and shoulder OA. She has had no elevation of the shoulder since she was an infant. Her function was quite good using the shoulder for gross motor tasks such as pushing or lifting groceries. Now with 7 years of severe pain. Pain is her only issue and she does not necessarily desire more motion. My first inclination is to do a reverse because it may give more motion. However, I fear the revision scenarios in several years. A fusion might relieve her pain and give a more durable solution in this younger patient.
