Abductor reconstruction after total hip replacement

Male patient 1983, smoker, moderately displastic hips.
Injury in car accident in January 2007. Right hip dislocation with Pipkin fracture
Immediate reposition, next day open revision (posterior approach) with fragments removal.
Persistent pain, on December 2008 hip arthroscopy with additional fragments removal.
Persistent pain, on November 2010 total hip replacement.
Persistent pain, radiographic findings of stem loosening.
On September 2012 femoral stem replacement.
The patient was pain free until March 2015
Radiography, MRI, and scintigraphy (leukocytes and bone marrow) showed no signs of loosening.
On October 2015 revision surgery with the reconstruction of the abductors.
Patient is pain free, still no weight bearing.
