Anticoagulation before cardiac cath: does it need "heparin bridging"?

75 y/o woman with chest pain for few months, neg. dobutamine echo, was recommended cardiac cath by another cardiologist. Because on going chest pain, patient wants to have the cath. done. She is on coumadine for chronic A. Fib. What is the best/safest way to manage the anticoagulation in this patient?
