58 male came to my office with locked shoulder and MRI, referral from GP. Chronic pain in his left shoulder for years but 4 months ago he pull some heavy object and than he lost completly motion. On MRI I find locked posterior dislocation and degeneration of m.subscapularis gr IV Gutalier, practical there is no subscapularis.
