37 y.o. Male with Infection Following ACL Reconstruction

I have a 37 year old male patient 4 months after ACL reconstruction with hamstring autograft fixed with button on femur and interference degradable screw on tibia. After about 2 months he presented with tibia wound discharge and culture revealed Staph Epidermidis. Unfortunately no antibiogram was performed. He underwent screw removal. Suture from the graft end came out also. Debridement and lavage was performed and 2 weeks of oral empiric ABtics administered. Culture from tibia screw was negative. After 3 weeks wound discharge reoccured. Knee is stable, pain free, no swelling and full ROM. What is the best treatment for this extraarticular infection?
