20 years old female patient presented with history of explosion injury both lower limb. She sustained open comminuted fracture upper tibia with segmental fracture extend to the lower third, associated with soft tissue loss at the lateral aspect of the upper tibia 13*8cm skin loss and common peroneal nerve injury, on the right side she sustained crushed injury right big toe the soft tissue on the dorsal aspect and bone are lost. The emergency management done. What is the best definitive treatment option for this case?
