one of my patients 25,male,is having pain in whole lower limb only at rest, having tenderness over articular surface over femoral condyle when palpated in flexion, also ant and post leg compartment muscles are tender and sometimes severe throbbing in knee and first web space, what he could have??? pain typically decreases on walking....is a smoker, drinker, and addict of sleeping pills and chronic tea drinker...
