pat 2 month, did PDA ligation at day 5 , after one month the pat showed aneuresm of the ampulla of PDA 10 mm , asymptomatic + the PDA still open.stent not available.1- should my aproch thru midsternotomy or lat thoraco.2- if lat should it be on pump.and end to end.
