Recurrent Shoulder Instability after Arthroscopic Bankart
17 y/o male with recurrent anterior instability. 1 Yr ago had arthroscopic bankart of left non dominant shoulder using Arthrex Push loc's X 3 and one P/I plication sutiure. Orig injury was trauma during football. Had moderate Hill Sachs - known pre-op. Postop PT/care was directed by me. Allowed to return to sports at 6 mo postop with good strength and no sx's.
Had recurrence in FB after another injury.
CT done. - I thought Hill- Sachs < 15-20%
