26 yo left hand dominant, 6 months wrist pain, full ROM.
Cronic radial side pain exacerbated in max extension (push up), tenderness directly over the bone on the top of the hand at about the middle of the wrist, no ulnar side pain and instability.
No symptoms relief with painkillers
