OVERVIEW

Berlin International Shoulder Course (BISC) is back and it is a great pleasure to invite you to this fascinating journey of shaping the future in reconstructive shoulder surgery.

The next course will focus on modern arthroscopic and open reconstructive surgical techniques and will combine theoretical and practical elements providing plenty of space for exciting dialogues and discussions. Leading experts from all over the globe will contribute with their expertise and will illustrate how to achieve the best possible treatment outcome for our patients.

Video demonstrations, live surgeries, mini-battles and debates will complement the scientific lectures. Practical skills can be improved and enhanced in ultrasound and cadaver workshops.

Another highlight will be a transatlantic hybrid session in collaboration with the Miami 360° shoulder course. Renowend shoulder surgeons will present their own shoulder pathology that they have suffered as patients and provide insight how it feels to be on “the other side of the curtain”.

Our meeting will again take place in one of the most attractive locations in the heart of Berlin, between Kurfuerstendamm and Potsdamer Platz. The InterContinental reflects the dynamics of the German capital and unites tradition and modernity. Its outstanding meeting facilities guarantee professionalism in a familial atmosphere.

We are looking forward to welcome you to the Berlin International Shoulder Course from April 13th–15th 2023.
