Dr. Christopher Hubbard is a Foot and Ankle fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon with Ortho-Care Wayne, part of Atlantic Medical Group. Board certified in orthopedic surgery with more than 20 years of experience treating foot and ankle conditions in adolescents and adults, Dr. Hubbard has cared for athletes of every kind -- recreational and high school athletes to professionals -- who have acute or chronic musculoskeletal injuries. He is skilled in ankle and subtalar arthroscopy, ankle ligament reconstruction, Achilles tendon repair, tendon transfers, flatfoot reconstruction, hallux valgus corrections, and foot and ankle fractures/dislocations. Dr. Hubbard joins Atlantic Medical Group from his private practice in New York City. Prior to that, Dr Hubbard served for 17 years as the Chief of Foot and Ankle Surgery at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Hubbard graduated from Bergen Catholic High School in Oradell, NJ, and then went on to receive his undergraduate training at Duke University. After attaining his medical degree at New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Hubbard headed to New York to pursue his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the New York Orthopaedic Hospital at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, and then a Foot and Ankle Fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Hubbard has been recognized by Castle Connolly Top Doctors, Super Doctors, US News and World Report, and New York Magazine. Dr. Hubbard is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
