read more ↘ anterolateral ischemia. A Cardiac Cath on April 29, 2014 revealed 1V CAD; 90% angulated calcified lesion in mid LAD (Medina 0, 1, 0) and LVEF 50%. Patient was started on maximal medical therapy, but continued to be symptomatic. Now planned for PCI of angulated bifurcating mid LAD lesion.
