read more ↘ injury during working out with persistent posterolateral knee pain. Exam concerning for meniscus tear. X-rays confirmed chonedrocalcinosis vs discoid meniscus. MRI confirmed HCT. We saucerized the lateral meniscus and then found a full horizontal cleavage tear which we repaired in with an all arthroscopic technique.
