read more ↘ Ziploop), extremely reproductible, fast and easy, avoiding problems of the use of interference screw, like a twisted or damaged tendon during screwing.
It provides a strong and an intraosseus fixation and it has been thought initially for young people, hardworkers and sportsmen with biceps lessions or refractary pain. Also has been used succesfully in SLAP lessions over 40 yo and after failure of a SLAP repair.
