Requirements for successful completion: In order to receive credit, participants must view all audio-visual presentations and complete both the pre-test, post-test and evaluation form. Participants must score 100% on the activity post-test in order to receive credit. There are no pre-requisites for this activity. Course attendance verification forms are provided upon successful completion of the post-test and evaluation form. No partial credit will be given.

Target Audience: Physicians, residents and trainees, fellows, nurses, surgical techs, physical therapists, and other members of the allied health community whose scope of practice encompasses Neurosurgery or Orthopaedics.

Course Description: In this live webinar, expert Spine will present optimal operable techniques and treatment options to address Moving Your Spine Cases to the ASC. The webinar features time for interactive audience discussion and surgical case based scenarios.

Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to discuss:

  1. Understand the background, cost, and safety of moving spine cases to the ASC
  2. Explain what makes a successful MIS TLIF in an ASC setting
  3. Explain what makes a successful ACDF in an ASC setting
  4. Review the perioperative pain management process when performing cases in an ASC setting
