42 yrs old male, complete open book lateral meniscus tear.

42 yrs old male, occasional athlete, presents with pain on his left knee in the past 3 months, no traumatic incident noted. The pain usually lasts for 24 hours after physical activity, and stop almost every time with no use of medication (NSAIDs).
Clinical examination - no effusion, no instability.
MRI exam as shown.
What is the best surgical treatment for this patient ? Technique ? Do you suggest any other approach on this type of lesion?
