51 year old female had THA 7 months ago thru posterior MIS approach and Metal-Metal big femoral head. She had an anterior dislocation after a fall (first episode). She now has femoral nerve palsy after this event. Is this simple neuropraxia or is the nerve caught in the joint? Would ultrasound allow nerve visualization? Any ideas?
