65 y.o. Female with Knee Trauma Causing Instability and Ligament Disruption

A 65 year old woman had a casual fall with a knee trauma. Patella luxation and posteromedial and anteromedial instability are observed. No neuro - vascular injuries. Patella reduction and mobilization were done as a first step. RMN were performed which showed ACL, PCL and MCL disruption. What would you do now?
