Dear all hip arthroscopists; I have male patient, 17 yrs. Persistent left hip pain. Positive impingement tests. X-rays show cross over sign and MRA show labral tear. CT showed osteoid osteoma at posterior aspect of femoral neck. I am planning to perform arthroscopic FAI correction, labral repair and excision of osteoid osteoma. Apparently, it is very hard to access the osteoid osteoma. Please give me comments in terms of how to treat and technique.
