87 year old female with dislocated reverse shoulder prosthesis with malunion of acromion
87 year old healthy lady that live on her own presented with dislocated reverse shoulder prosthesis without any injury that is unstable in the attempt of closed reduction.
Almost 2 years ago she had this operation for chronic anterior dislocation with deficient cuff tendons. Postoperative she was pain free with good shoulder motion. After 3 months she started to complain of pain and worsening of her shoulder motion. Diagnosis fatigue fracture of acromion treated conservatively .
