How do you manage large Subscap/SS tears? This patient is a 54 year old male, right handed, with left shoulder pain for several years. He presents because he felt a pop in his left shoulder while in goal; he's a rec hockey goalie and works overhead as a painter. Had Popeye deformity, but also a positive belly press and lift off test. His shoulder is now feeling better, full ROM, and he has returned to hockey and his work. However,he still has mild pain.
