This the case of a 70 year old female who had a simple trip and fall, sustaining a right three part valgus impacted proximal humerus fracture. Radiographs and a CT scan were performed which showed the bone stock in the humeral head was reasonable. She has only minor medical co-morbidities, and was previously completely self-caring, quite active and right hand dominant.
