The Northern California Shoulder and Elbow Course (NCSEC) was developed by orthopedic surgeons to provide current, effective, and practical learning opportunities. Our driving goal is to bridge the gap between academic sub-specialist concepts and the everyday clinical dilemmas that face the frontline orthopedist.
Offering an alternative to the standard course format, participants will discuss and debate directly with faculty and make connections to form a career-long network.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

Attendees leave the course armed with the latest in shoulder and elbow knowledge and skills to advance their personal practice, enhance patient care and improve outcomes.

TARGETED AUDIENCE

The course is open to all orthopedic surgeons, fellows and senior residents (PGY 4-5) with an interest in shoulder and elbow surgery.
