The Recent Advances in the Management of Valvular Heart Disease Symposium is a one-day course specifically designed for practicing physicians and trainees involved in the care of patients with valvular heart disease, highlighting most recent advances in this field. It will specifically focus on evidence based information assisting in the multidisciplinary management of this patient group, as well as the description of newer diagnostic and therapeutic platforms. It will serve as a venue to discuss cases with a panel of experts in order to provide improvement in the competence performance, and patient care. The Symposium will provide a state-of-the-art learning opportunity for Physicians and Allied Health Professionals, who will have the opportunity to learn and interact with experts in their fields.
