OVERVIEW

The purpose of this activity is to provide Allergists/Immunologists with up-to-date information regarding 1) how to evaluate for drug allergies in clinical practice and identify those patients who may not be allergic; and 2) the state of the field of Allergy-Immunology in 2023. Additionally, the conference will conclude with a discussion of rare/difficult cases seen by local fellows in the field of Allergy-Immunology.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Evaluate patients with drug allergies and identify those who may not be allergic
  2. Identify how remote patient monitoring can assist in the management of patients with difficult to control asthma.
  3. Learn about rare and/or unusual clinical presentations of various allergic/immunologic diseases

TARGET AUDIENCE

A/I Physicians, Youth/Adult Primary Care Providers, Nurses, NPs, PAs, Allied Health Professionals, Clinical Staff, Fellows-in-Training, Residents and anyone with an academic interest in allergy-immunology.
