This video demonstrates our technique of arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation of a displaced greater ... read more ↘ tuberosity fracture. Anatomic reduction is obtained using a linked double row construct which allows for stable fixation of the fracture and once healed should permit normal rotator cuff function. The medial anchors are placed at the medial aspect of the fracture base. The lateral knotless anchors are placed lateral to the fracture line and provide excellent compression of the entire tuberosity. Please review and comment on the posted video.
