Restoring knee function is difficult in some deformity situations and may be better addressed by individual adjustment of prosthetic alignment. This case is a valgus knee with an extra-articular deformity addressed by restricted kinematic alignment and the use of CAS Navigation carried out by Prof. Georg Matziolis.
