Subscapularis is essential for RSA stability and internal rotation. Preserving it, allows to keep a functionnal subscapularis to ensure stability and internal rotation, AND by avoiding a tendon suture at the end, it also allows to start rehabilitation at D-1 without any restriction, which may improve ROM recovery and retore quickly the autonomy for daily activities.
